DELIVERY

Art-Empire-Royal-Living guarantees complete security during payment and shipping.

Art-Empire delivers your order to the delivery address you specified. During the ordering process you can indicate on which part of the 3 selected days you have the opportunity to accept your order. If there are any special conditions upon delivery, you can indicate this when placing your order. Your order will be delivered in safe packaging for artwork and interior design articles and are delivered by special transport to guarantee the quality of delivery. The delivery time is 3 to 14 working days from the time of order and payment received. An urgent delivery sometimes possible and additional costs apply. The shipping costs apply per entire order to one delivery address.

 

EICHHOLTZ- Transport costs 

• EUR 1,500 for deliveries in the Netherlands; for deliveries under EUR 1,500 the costs are EUR 150.00.

  The stated delivery costs do not apply to accessories, lamps or small furniture such as chairs, tables     

  these products will be transported by Art-Empire-Royal-Living transport services.

• EUR 2,000 for deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark and Austria;

  for deliveries under EUR 2,000 the costs are EUR 250.

• EUR 3,000 for deliveries to France (excluding Paris dept. 75), Italy, Switzerland, Spain,

  United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal (zip code < 7600), Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic;    

  For deliveries under EUR 3,000, the costs are at least EUR 300.

• EUR 4,000 for deliveries to Paris (dept. 75), Monaco, Alpine region, Portugal (zip code > 7600), Latvia,     

  Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina; for deliveries below

  the EUR 4,000, the costs are at least EUR 350.

• EUR 5,000 for deliveries to Norway, Bulgaria and Greece; for deliveries under EUR 5,000     

  the costs are at least EUR 350.

These terms and conditions do not apply to service orders. In case of shipping to European islands (Sicily, Greek Islands, Malta, Cyprus, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, etc.), the above transport costs do not apply. The costs are calculated per order based on the exact address and the volume of the shipment.

RETURNS

Returning your order is possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Within a period of  14 days returns and returns. To do this, you must first contact customer service. After returning the item in the original packaging, we will check the quality and, if unaffected, refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping and handling costs) within 14 days. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Art-Empire until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
