Our carrier delivers by appointment. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a delivery calendar by email, allowing you to choose your own delivery date.

The evening before your chosen date, you'll receive a 3-hour time slot so you know when to expect your order. Deliveries are Monday through Saturday (during the day).

NB :

Delivery will be made to your front door on the ground floor. Do you live in an apartment? Then we'll deliver to your front door if there's an elevator available that fits the item.

What happens after my order?

After placing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. You'll then receive an email from one of our carriers as soon as your order ships, allowing you to schedule a delivery date or adjust it if it doesn't work for you.

Yes, your furniture will be delivered to your home according to the chosen delivery package.

We offer two delivery packages. When placing your order, you can choose White Glove delivery:

Additional costs for delivery on floors or with a moving lift:

NB:
Our delivery drivers can lift a maximum of 50 kg per person. For heavier furniture or deliveries above the third floor via stairs, we recommend using a moving lift, which may incur an additional charge. Contact us for more information.

Important:
We recommend inspecting the product immediately upon receipt. Although we package it carefully, damage may occur during transport. Please report any damage within one hour of delivery.
