After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. You will then receive an email from one of our carriers as soon as your order is shipped, in which you can schedule a delivery date or adjust it if it does not suit you.

Will my furniture be delivered to my home?
Yes, your furniture will be delivered to your home according to the chosen delivery package.

We offer two delivery packages. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the White Glove delivery, so we can invoice the delivery package:

Delivery Package Drop-off – Free:
Delivery by two professional delivery people.
Furniture is placed in the right place unpacked and unassembled.

Please note: Please let us know in advance if you would like to choose an additional delivery package.

White Glove Delivery – €99.95 per delivery (and per address):

Delivery by two professional fitters.
Furniture is unpacked, assembled and fully adjusted.
Plastic and packaging materials are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Including expert maintenance advice.

NB:
Delivery applies to the whole of the Netherlands, with the exception of the islands.

Additional costs for delivery on floors or with a moving lift

1st floor via stairs: € 20.00
2nd floor via stairs: € 30.00
3rd floor via stairs: € 40.00
Delivery via internal elevator (per floor): €20
Rental moving lift: € 150.00

NB:
Our delivery staff will lift a maximum of 50 kg per person. For heavier furniture or deliveries above the 3rd floor via the stairs, we recommend a moving lift.
