Free delivery from €50
Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €50 we charge €7.95 shipping costs.
Delivery by appointment
Our carrier will deliver your order by appointment. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email with a delivery calendar. Using this calendar, you can choose a delivery date that suits you best. The evening before the chosen delivery date, you will receive a time slot of up to 3 hours, so that you know exactly when to expect your order. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday (during the day).
Delivery Options & Costs
We offer two delivery packages, depending on the size and weight of your order:
Delivery Package Drop-off – Free
Suitable for smaller items and orders. The delivery staff will deliver your items to the front door on the ground floor. Items will not be unpacked or assembled. The delivery staff will lift a maximum of 50 kg per person.White Glove Delivery – €195.00 per delivery (per address)
This package is suitable for larger furniture or orders that require special care. Delivery is carried out by two professional fitters who unpack, assemble and fully adjust the items. Plastic and packaging materials are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and you will receive expert maintenance advice.Additional costs
For delivery to higher floors or with a moving lift, additional costs may be charged. Contact us for more information about the possibilities.
Do you live in an apartment? We will deliver to your front door if there is a lift available that the item will fit into. If that is not possible, a moving lift may be required.Delivery time (if in stock)
