Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the status of your shipment.
How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the size and weight of your order, we use the following delivery methods:
1. Small items: parcel service
Small items, such as home accessories and small furniture, are shipped via DPD, DHL or PostNL. After shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your package, including an indication of the delivery time.
Are you not at home and can the package not be delivered to the neighbors? Then it will be taken to a Pickup Parcelshop. You will receive a not-at-home message with collection information.
2. Large items: delivery by appointment
Large or fragile items, such as sofas and cabinets, are delivered by our specialized carrier. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a delivery calendar to choose a delivery date.
The evening before delivery you will receive a time slot of up to 3 hours. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, during the day only.
Important information:
- Delivery to the front door on the ground floor.
- For apartments: delivery to your front door if a lift is available and the item fits inside.
- Items are not unpacked or assembled.

When completing your order, you can specify an alternative delivery address, for example your work address.
